Blueberry Muffins

1/2 cup agave

2/3 cup unsweetened applesauce

1 tbsp ground flax seed

1/4 cup water

1/2 cup almond or rice milk (unsweetened)

1/3 cup oil

2 cups gluten free flour blend

1 tsp each baking powder and baking soda

1/2 tsp each xanthan gum and salt

2 tsp cinnamon

1 cup blueberries

Combine all wet ingredients in bowl. In a separate bowl combine dry ingredients except blueberries. Add dry to wet and stir until just combined then fold in berries. Scoop into lined muffin tin and bake at 350 for 32-35 mins
