Sunflower Burgers

2 cups sunflower seeds

1/2 cup each peppers and carrots

1/2 a bunch of green onions

1 tbsp brags aminos


Blend in processor until chunky but not completely smooth. Form into patties and fry about 4-5 mins on each side.
