Nut-Free, Oil-Free Ranch

1/2 block firm tofu

1/2 cup water or plant milk (if you press your tofu then add an extra 1-2 tbsp water)

1 tbsp cider vinegar

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp each dill, onion powder and garlic powder

1/2 tsp Italian seasoning

Pinch of pepper



•Blend all ingredients until smooth.
