1 cup cashews (soaked for 1/2 hour then drained)
3/4 cup water
1 tbsp lemon juice
3 tbsp nutritional yeast
1/4 tsp each onion and garlic powder
3/4 tsp salt
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
•Alfredo or dressings for salads: less 1 tbsp of nutritional yeast, 1/4 tsp more onion powder.
•Extra cheezy: 1/3 cup of favourite cheeze shreds and 1 tbsp cream cheeze, before blending.
