“B”LT on Gluten Free

Had a burst of energy today and was craving a sandwich, so I whipped up these vegan gluten free buns, and turned them into delicious “B”LT sandeiches. Some fried up thinly sliced smoked tofu, soya cheddar, veganaise, lettuce and tomatoes. Super simple but super tasty....try it out for yourself 😋
